โ โ โ โ โ Hotel that has all the basic facilities and more. Very nice service staff that adhere to all your request. There is also a nice lounge at the lobby to chill and listen to music. It is also located near 1 utama where u can do all your necessary shopping

โ โ โ โ โ Rude security guard shouted and scolded me at the check in area just becos I feedback to them about their check in system is very inconvenient for the visitors.
They want the visits to get off the car at the drop off point and walk back to the security check in area to just sign in. This path has no pedestrian path to walk, is all for cars, and even when I walked back, they take super long time to sign in as they are not familiar with the new sign in system which requires them to use an app.

โ โ โ โ โ Noisy rubbish cart running around the condo, disturb the residents. Faulty fire alarm that always trigger false alarm and activation of noisy ventilation fans. All these badly disrupts the peace and transquility of Fernvale Lane.
Update on 26 Oct 2021: The condo management do thermal fogging every Tuesday morning without fail. There is no dengue cluster or mosquito complaints in the neighbourhood and the chemical fog is polluting the air, killing beneficial insects like bees and butterfly, and soiling my family laundry. Have feedback to NEA multiple times and the officer instructed them not to fog but they continue to do so.
