Hi I am Kaden , one of mr Koh’s student . I have been with him for the past few years and I have found that I have improved alot in my studies. Before that I was actually with a private tutor who taught me alot but did it for the sake of money but mr Koh is the type that will push you towards success . Despite his heart condition , he still persuaded everyone to come for tuition as he wants us to score better and will put in all his effort to teach . Mr Koh is a really dedicated , friendly , resilient and hardworking teacher .

Mr Koh is by far the best tutor I’ve met over the other tuition agencies I’ve been to. Over 4 years I’ve been there, my results have been leaping forwards. Sure there are days which I haven’t had good result was because I felt indolent at times. A good teacher is needed for a student, but a student willing to learn is important as well.

Even though Mr Koh tuition is small, he is able to coach students well to make sure that they are able to achieve good results. As a student of Mr Koh, I was able to achieve good results for math even though my learning was interrupted by the pandemic. Mr Koh is a very passionate and kind tutor as he provide his students’ needs

Mr Koh is a very good tutor that is able to engage his students with his sense of humour, which makes it much more enjoyable studying subjects that one either finds difficult or otherwise unenjoyable. His depth of knowledge is also such that he can effectively teach in any JC-level-and-below math-related fields such as physics. Having engaged him as a tutor for over 2 years, I can confidently state that my skill in mathematics has drastically improved. For example, I am an IB student geared towards the humanities so as expected, my mathematics results were very mediocre. However, after engaging Mr Koh as a tutor, I found Mathematics as a field of study more palatable and my results improved, culminating in a 6 in IB Standard Level Mathematics, a score I may not have been able to reach considering my performance prior to Mr Koh's help. Overall, I am very satisfied with Mr Koh's performance as a tutor and am prepared to recommend him.

Mr Koh has a really good environment to focus and study! Great range of materials for practice and readings which prepared me sufficiently for my examinations. My O level mathematics and physics went from E for my prelims to B. Additionally, Mr Koh helped my A level mathematics to improve from F to A!?? Besides being a great tutor, he is also great mentor which I will treasure. Highly recommended to others who want to excel in their studies.

Mr Koh is a great teacher with years of experience in teaching. He is able to come up with different ways of explanation when one is unable to understand the concept. Despite him being strict, it is always for the better of the student. He also would sacrifice his free time to aid students if they needed more practice. He always place students and their academics first. Even after graduating from secondary school, Mr Koh still give me advices on the poly courses and life. He is one awesome teacher that I would recommend !

Mr. Koh was a tutor of mine for Chem, Physics & Maths more than 10 years ago during my sec school days. Got to know him through a classmate’s recommendation. Would say he saved my ‘O’ Level results and actually made me enjoy studying. His lessons were always fun and easy to understand and i actually looked forward to it. One would describe his way of teaching unconventional BUT definitely effective in my case. He is a patient and caring teacher who will not give up on his students.

Mr Koh is a very dedicated , resilient and caring tutor .Throughout 15 years of my life , I have never encountered a teacher who posses all this “attributes” .I have been with mr Koh for almost 3 years and my grades have made a huge improvement along with my attitude . Mr Koh does not just educate us but also teach us important values and how to be a human being . He is also like our second parent . I am a very notorious student in school and I would always have problems with Teachers and school staffs . None of my school Teachers could control me as I feel they do not have the sincerity when they teach or reprimand . Mr Koh was the only one who could control me because when he does stuff you can just tell the amount of effort he puts in to educate his students. Mr Koh also ensures that all his students are fed and safe. He will always check up on his students by asking “have you eaten your lunch ? “ and if you have not, he would make an additional effort to cook for us to ensure that we not starve and be able to study peacefully . I am very thankful that I have mr Koh as my tutor .
