★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located next to the Cheng Lim Lrt Stn ( SW1) and just opposite The Sengkang General Hospital.It is a nice Executive Condo project which includes the basic neccessity amenities like swimming pool, tennis courts,gym, bbq pits and function hall.The envirolment is neat and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, 12 Sept 2021 9pm. I saw the worst thing in my life. A food delivery rider who was using a Personal Mobility Aid meaning his leg have medical issue and yet the security asked him to WALK in. My Gosh what is happening to this world?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at very convenient location. Just one LRT stop from Sengkang MRT and LRT station just next to the side gate. Opposite is Sengkang General hospital with food courts, convenient shop and cafe. Huge swimming pool is rare to see in other condominiums. Very nice place for family.
