β β β β β It didnβt occur to me that my fear for speaking actually stems from my psychological mindset which affected me since young.
Through NLP techniques, Carina was able to sieve out the root cause and made me realised the areas which I can work on.
I also find the βfollowingβ a role model method useful as I can learn to imitate someone and learn to use their positive aspects and blend into my own style.
In a way, creating my own style and way to speak.
Most important of all, Carina was able to customise my learning along the course to better suit my needs as we progress.
Last but not least, the learning does not stop after the course ended but continue on as I use the techniques taught by Carina to further improve.
I would strongly recommend anyone who wish to better understand themselves and want to learn and control their fears.

β β β β β As a real estate agent, I wanted to use video marketing to sell my clients' properties. I was not sure if i was projecting my voice correctly and how to break the monotany of my voice to engage with my audience. I liked it that Carina zoomed into my needs and geared the session to areas i wanted most help in. Helping me to turn my lack lustre not so confident presentation to one with correct word and syllable stress. This made my presentation more lively and engaging. In the 2 hrs with Carina, i learned new things which i could put into practice straightaway. I also thoroughly enjoyed the session. Thanks Carina !

β β β β β I saw Carina for assistance with projection of my voice and bridging of register. Being a voice therapist myself (treating patients with voice disorders), I attended her lesson with skepticism. However she showed me what being a voice coach meant. It was an arena totally beyond me. Her concepts were sound and scientific, and she had a way to make me trust her methods despite my own preconceptions. By the end of the first lesson I was able to produce a strong sounding voice in the awkward bridge between my registers! I would highly recommend Carina as a voice coach. She also has strong interpersonal communication skills and a high level of empathy. I havenβt experienced her life coaching lessons but Iβm sure she would be an awesome coach in that too!

Coach Carina is very sharp in pointing out my mis-pronunciations and do targeted exercises. She is also good at teaching how to project your vioce out using δΈΉη° and effectively exercising your diaphragm.
In short, her one-for-one training is very useful for a Chinese English speaker like me.
I would like to recommend Carina to anyone who wants to polish their English speaking to the next level.

β β β β β I always had problems projecting my voice audibly and speaking in a lively manner, and I did not know how to go about fixing this problem.
I liked how this program tailors for this specific need. Carina delve into the science of vocal projection and taught the fundamentals of how to use our voice correctly to engage with our target audiences. Along the way, she helped to identify my weak areas (enunciation) and gave advice on correcting the problem.
It was an illuminating experience. While I may not be able to correct my speech immediately (due to years of poor speech habits), I now know the areas I could work on and correct over time.
Thank you Carina! May you continue to help many more to develop a voice that can lead and inspire many others!
