Mr Saffir is very caring and always encourage my son to do his best. He provided very good coaching and my son looks forward to attends his classes every week!! β β β β β My son had been in TWC since Primary 3. He has been with several teachers. All teachers were professional and friendly. But I would like to especially commend Mr Saffir (Tampines branch) for his dedication and commitment.
Mr Saffir has always shown great interest in the the studentβs progress and have clear and transparent communication with the parents.
Understanding each childβs strengths and weaknesses is key to close the learning gap and Mr Saffir definitely knows that. He communicates with the student like a friend/team mate working together to reach a goal.
Thank you Mr Saffir for your effort in keeping up my sonβs interest in English. You made English his favourite subject. We wish you all the best in your education career and may many students benefit from your passion in English.

β β β β β Thank you so much Teacher Miss Grace for your dedication and professionalism. My girl joined The Writing Connection β Tampines 2 years ago and her English overall improved a lot. She enjoyed to her lessons with Miss Grace every week, and I can see her getting more encouraged and confident! During CB, Miss Grace always replied us very fast. She is a very hard-working teacher as well :)).

β β β β β Both my sons joined TWC March holiday programme at Parkway Parade.
Thank you for your for accommodating us in getting the makeup class for my youngest son on the last day of his holiday programme.
Pls extend my gratitude & appreciation to Ray for his assistance, patience & perseverance in getting the online lesson smooth for my son.
There were many many calls between Ray & I regarding the technical/online audio issue. Ray patiently walked me through it and even offered a regular replacement class if the online lesson did not work well for my son.
All worked out in the end.
