★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purchased fews item within 24hours, Jus checking with the lady can do exchange or top up for one item only, and the item was never open before, but she never ask for the purchase details and straight away rejected me with a rude way, totally different shopping experience with the previous lady that served me. And I saw your receipt actually showed is exchangeable within 7days. Don’t understand. I’m ok with the product, so at the same time I oso make another purchase in ur shop. Cannot exchange oso never mind , but don’t need to be so rude. Just wanted to feedback my experience. Thanks
