Although it was stated that free delivery will be provided for purchases above $120, the sales reps claimed that they were 'doing the event a favour' as they only handle corporate and bigger accounts. Just a warning for people who is thinking of engaging them to supply for smaller private events/parties. For the negative attitude in dealing with smaller-scale queries, it is a reflection on the company's lack of professionalism.
