Poor service,

Horrible experience, bought five Nonya Dumplings at Blk 15 Woodlands Loop premises this afternoon . Reached home trying to bring them out from the plastic bag and noticed bad smell from there, I opened up one of those and realized that the dumplings are not freshly made, when I tried to dial both two phone numbers shown on the plastic bags, there were no one there to pick up my call.. ?

One of the worst services I have experienced. Prices are average but services from the company staff are untrained, wouldn't recommend getting anything from them, especially their one of their "China" based staff, zero professionalism. Ordered something and went to collect late at night as it was deemed urgent, was told i could just head over and collect, but when i reached, their china staff was playing with his e-scooter, was told to collect in the morning as he couldnt find it ( didnt even try to find at all ), next morning clarified with other staff, was told it was just there on the table. Took 2 trips, one at night one in the morning at 6am. No apology, just plain arrogant.
