★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small to medium sized development sitting on a massive plot of land of around 540,000 square feet. Only 2 sizes- 1313sf 2 bedroom, and 2023sf 4 bedroom, plus town houses.
This development has gone through 4 separate enbloc attempts. The new MRT station almost at door step, plus Thomson Plaza has recently seen a revamp. Very convenient and central location, though the facilities and building look a little tired.
