★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent online second-hand bookstore. Each book has a clear indication of its quality - whether it's like new or well-read - so we know what to expect from the books. I previously bought several books for a friend in Malaysia, and they were really kind in accommodating my request to write a little note for the gift. Delivery is always clear with its shipping tracking number. Very good experience with Thryft! And what I love most about it is becaue they're supporting sustainability and very serious about their commitment!

The customer service is amazing -- I accidentally chose a book that I previously ordered, when they gave me an option for a complimentary book. They graciously assisted and went out of their way to facilitate my request to trade in the book for another book. They were extremely friendly every step of the way and I doubt many companies would go out of the way to help their customers like this! 10/10 would recommend.
