β β β β β The assorted vege were flavourful. Filling n scrumptious. However, we felt when eaten together with the soup + rice + vege, it was a bit overly salty. Think the boss can reduce the amt of salt/soy sauce either in cooking the assorted vege or the green paste. If both hv the normal amt of salt/soy sauce used in the cooking, if all add together , the dish will def be over salty liao. We had to resort to diluting the paste with LOTS of hot water so when added into the rice+vege, the saltiness level would be juz nice. The nam yu zha yok was well-marinated n yummy. Can consider adding a few more side dishes to sell...? Plus 1 or 2 vegetarian side dishes.
Response to the boss' response -- Hi, there! Of couse we know the paste has to be diluted , we are not a noob in eating Hakka Thunder Tea Rice.To be diluted with hot water as much as 2x of the takeaway container for a single portion of the paste, that speaks a lot abt the saltiness level of the paste.

β β β β β The thunder tea rice (lei cha) is good but there are much better ones elsewhere in Singapore (e.g. Tanglin Halt). The soup was extremely tasty but the ingredients lacked fragrance. The pork was also served cold.

β β β β β A hidden gem spotted below a HDB block.
Super generous portion for just $4.5 (with white rice), you can opt to change it to brown rice by topping up additional $0.5.
The veges and ingredients are flooded until you can't even see your rice.
Try it out if you are nearby and only if you are leicha lover!
Solid 5 stars given to them!

β β β β β Have not been the the shop itself but have been repeatedly ordering via grab delivery,. Generous servings of vegetables and the quantity has been consistent. We like how the vegetables are fry, it is not oily and not very salty. The taste is just right to our liking. Taste so yummie, despite a healthier choice. The fried pork tastes delicious and fragrant. Thanks for the extra nuts, upon request. Will continue to give our support.

β β β β β Cooling place to dine our favourite and healthy Lui Cha. Food quality is awesome with lots of ingredients. The owner is super generous. We also get to choose a separate dish of deep fried pork belly which is not so healthy that costs only $2. The entire experience was great since it reminded me of my old village childhood days. If they could offer more variety of dishes that would be super. Yet WILL return for more.

β β β β β Decent thunder tea rice nestled in a quiet industrial/residential area.
Soup was not over diluted. Serving was generous but felt that the vegetables lacked fragrance. But I appreciated that the stir fried vegetable were not too oily. Overall, it was a thunder tea rice on the healthier end of the spectrum.
Fried pork belly was tender on the inside, crispy on the outside.
