★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Kenya, we normally withdraw money from PayPal to mpesa. I withdrew money and PayPal marked the transaction as completed which means thunes took the money. I didn't receive the money, transaction was not completed from my mobile subscriber. They didn't refund the money to my PayPal account. I reached out to them severally but no response. My $36 just disappeared like that.

They're Paypal's and Safaricom's business partners in Kenya - claiming to assist clients transfer funds from Paypal to mobile money and vice versa; the key word is "claim". They are a total con job - they don't even respond to customers' messages whenever a problem arises. Use them at your own peril.
