Ordered 4 dish, they cooked 3 and the balance 1 they just put 1 side and cook for other orders until I asked 3 times why the balance dish was not done! Then they only go back to cook the last dish. And while waiting, found that the staff was test the taste of the soup he cooking by using the scoop that he use to cook and after that, the balance soup he tested just throw back to the pot!! Please leh...now we suffering with COVID 19!!! And for hygiene purposes...they also should not do this!!!!
K	K W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience, staff is not apologetic despite their mistake. Waited for more than 45mins for my food. I order takeaway but my order was forgotten. Several customers that were behind me in the queue got their food and left. So I checked with the lady cashier on the order status, she said that my order was being fried at the moment. After 3 more dishes was served, my order is still not ready. I check with the lady cashier again, she still insist the food was being fried. 3rd check with the lady cashier, she say 5 mins for the dish to be ready. It was then I finally saw the cook inside frying my order.

This stall has number of branches across Singapore (i know one at admiralty) Food ? taste was just like other mala pot stall, and the price is reasonable, no sauce base charge. One thing I ordered less oil and less salt, they really followed it, u can see from pic, then bottom not oil at all ! Thumbs up ?? Queue abit during meal time but overall is fast . In this phase 2 HA period only 2 thongs are available . Please be patient.

They store keeper told me the lotus root charged at same price as meat? Stunned. Will never patronise anymore.

Sometimes the serving is huge and sometimes very less. Hope the boss can see this and set a proper standard. Very disappointed

The food look very fresh, with ice/ cold air coming out of the container. I’ve been buying Mala from here as I stay nearby, they are open until very late, 12AM. Good supper place too and are on food delivery apps. It used to be spicier and more “Ma”, recently it is less “Ma”/ numb. Can perhaps try medium or spicy level.
