★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been buying from them for more than 2 years. Service and product were good. But the product standard dropped in recent one month. First was one of the Mug root beer fell down from standing position to lying down while was in the cupboard wrapping and the drink burst out from the can lid. Today purchased 24 cans Jia Jia herbal tea and found the corner can was smash and left about one quarter of drink inside. Bottom of cupboard packing is wet and the cupboard has a big hole and foul smell!
