★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconsiderate noise at night. Constantly drumming drums and loud speaker music and karaoke. Sounds like someone is drowning a cat! No consideration for resident neighbours. I'm pretty sure if i played my music this loud late a night i would get noise complaints. Disgraceful.
