I was actually looking for an ID firm to do up my new retail store and Chrys was assigned to take care of this project. My experience with Tidplus as well Chrys have been an awesome one! Chrys has always been very professional, and what I really like about him is that, he is really patient and gave me a lot of good advice on how we can enhance the aesthetic look of the retail store without bursting my budget. He has ALWAYS been very prompt with his replies whenever we post him with any queries. Even if he is not able to reply us on the spot, he took the initiative and responsibility to call back & attend to our concerns. I guess "Awesome Responsibility", "Trust Worthy", "Attentive", "Accommodative" are some of the key things I see in Chrys! The whole entire progress had been a breeze! Chrys and his team met ALL of my timeline and he made this retail store a wonderful place to work in. My customers have been singing praises on how beautiful this place is, and I guess I couldn't thank Tidplus and Chrys for this amazing coordinated works! With Chrys's professionalism and dedication in his work, you can really sit back and enjoy the entire renovation progress. Now, I have 2 other NEW projects that are also lined up and handled by Chrys-Tidplus. I cannot wait to share another new review once my new place is done up. It has been a wonderful experience in working with ID Danneil to ensure my parents’ new bto is well-renovated. Danneil is always very prompt in his actions and updates. He is very systematic and meticulous in his work. He is also generous with his ideas and opinions. I am truly grateful to be served by him and his team of workers. Carpentry work is of high standard. Renovation work completed as scheduled. Stress-free too. My parents are very happy with their new house. They feel proud when receive compliments that their house is beautiful. The renovation to my place turned out exactly how I hope it would turn out, realizing my dreams of a beautiful walk-in wardrobe with wonderful cove lights. The bathrooms went through an amazing makeover, going from meh to WOW, with nice finishes and attention to the smallest detail. Highly recommended :)

We have just finished our renovation for our BTO 2 months ago and it has been a wonderful experience working with our ID Minh. Since the start of the project, she is meticulous, approachable, organized, responsible and responsive. She gave us ideas for our design concept and was able to understand our expectations and improved on it. We also found that their price was reasonable after comparison with other companies. Well done!

Its been a month of staying in my new house and ive got to say Minh from Tidplus did a tremendous good job for this project. 4 months ago me and wifey went around to look out for a ID that can deliver our needs. Most of the competitors would charge us at a very high price for it. Minh from Tidplus gave a very generous price that is hard for us to reject. At first we were skeptical as we dont see any reviews on her and after asking around we got to know she was a new employee from Tidplus. So we just give it a go and put our trust in her. We made the right choice ;) There is 1 particular time when our renovation is in progress, the gap between the island and the hob and hood area was too close to each other and we didnt realised it and the base was already done up. What shocked us was Minh took the extra mile to make the adjustments necessary to make it proper. She broke the cement base and redo the base so that everything is proper. She took action so quick that we did not manage to give a feedback regarding that issue. :D Good job! We made quite alot of changes along the way and Minh keep her professionalism intact. Shes always consistantly giving options. The great part is she is ok to make the changes even it was at the last minute. The carpentry works was astonishing. Everything was put in place perfectly. The feature wall in the living room was really a master piece. The 3m island was another master piece for us. We really love the carpentry works. All in all, we really recommend tidplus to anyone who is looking to make their home their dream home. Really good price and workmanship. Thanks Minh !

It has been a month since I move in to my beautiful place done up by Sia from Tidplus. Though the journey stretched for close to 6 months due to CoVid and Malaysia lockdown, Sia constantly keep us posted of new developments and always reply to our messages within the same day. When doing a whole house renovation, the details can be overwhelming. There are simply so many types of tiles, countertops, laminates, each with different shades, patterns and texture. I'm thankful for Sia's steady guidance, without which I'm sure my house will end up to be a hodgepodge of gorgeous materials that don't match one another. As a family with 3 young children, there are many aspects of the design where practicalities has to take precedence. We are glad that Sia is open to tweaking his design to incorporate our requirements on multiple occasions. Moving from a BTO, we are used to having most of the wirings embedded into the walls. However this is not possible for old resale flat. The solution: Plasterboards for all the walls! This has the added benefit of making the walls absolutely smooth and uniform, even smoother than the plastered walls in our previous BTO In spite of quoting a lumpsum for all the electric works, I never have the feeling that Sia has tried to limit the number of power points; instead he has suggested more points on top of my initial plan. Staying in the house now, I could now see the practicalities of those additional points. While unpacking, we realize that we need thicker shelvings. Sia promptly attended to our request and the new shelves were measured, fabricated and installed within 2 weeks. Any other defects are also promptly rectified. We are glad to have engaged Tidplus for renovating our forever home! Thanks Sia!

I'm writing this review after almost 1 year and 4 months since my renovation and between all the wear and tear of the house, you can def trust me when I say Tidplus is the company to go for! Tidplus' workers' workmanship, product durability and most importantly, highly skilled and attentive IDs make the company a powerhouse in the field. My husband and I would like to give SPECTACULAR commendation to CK, our ID who has now become a dear friend to us. CK is an EXTREMELY patient ID who listened to every small nitty gritty details we highlighted right from the start (I'm a bit of an OCD case and I'm extremely grateful for his patience with us.) He communicates and responds with a sense of warmth and kindness, and he truly goes above and beyond for his clients - to the extent of dropping samples in the wee hours of the night for us! But I think what made us so appreciative of CK is his continued efforts to help us even post-handover. We recently noticed some breakages in between our vinyl flooring. When we contacted CK, he not only sent workers to check on the flooring a few days after.. He even helped us get the entire living room flooring replaced at no cost. Come on, find me a better ID and company than this!! In fact, he even dropped by our house during the reparation work to oversee the work being done. CK, we cannot thank you enough and I know for a 100% fact that we'll engage you when we buy our next house.
