Then I found out that they had damaged something in my flat and kept quiet about it hoping I would not notice, and I really didn't notice at first since you need to push the damaged object to know that it's damaged. I messaged the boss about this and at first he replied that it's not a big deal, then when I explained why it was a big deal, he asked me to send pictures and he would ask his workers. After I did all that, it was radio silence from then onwards. So just be aware - their prices are competitive but there's a reason for it. If something goes wrong, this is what you'll get: they'll keep quiet and hope you don't notice, then when you find out they'll say it's not a big deal, then they'll say they'll investigate but you won't hear from them again.
