Tiffany Café & Restaurant - Level 2 Furama City Centre

My sister ordered the set for dinner and supposed to arrive at 6pm. Arrived late at 7.30pm. non-issue as I had prepared extra dishes in case. The lady delivering said she just collected 30mins go. Hot food was cold and cold drinks room temp. Of the 12 oysters in the cheese oyster dish, 2 smelt rotten. The rest smelt fishy. Yup. I smelt each one to confirm. The Mac and cheese was basically oily macaroni with some melted cheese on it. No sauce at all. Literally the chef thought Mac and cheese was macaroni with cheese on it. Will be reporting the rotten oysters to SFA for their follow up

Breakfast for Furama City Centre Hotel guests - taste delicious! The drink table and food table layouts should be separated from each other though (instead of being in one row) because not everyone is queuing for coffee/tea... others might just queue for the food.

The variety of buffet is limited now. Food quality is so so. The service is good and always have attentive staff. Hope to see improvements.

The variety in the foods here have shrunk considerably post-pandemic. We paid for a pricy buffet but spend half of the time queuing for foods. Buffet town is cheaper and provide more variety than this + no queues. Very disappointed. The poor staff looks overwhelmed too as clearly there was not enough manpower. This is basically 85% of the main dish there if you exclude the very limited desserts menu and cold seafoods (consist of only clam, mussels, sashimi, prawns). Not value for money even with discounts.

Very bad experience at this restaurant. The crab is smelly, and not fresh at all! Crayfish is also not fresh at all. was there on 8th July 7-9pm. Aglio Olio is not even cooked properly! The noodles are hard. It’s surprising to find a big restaurant that cannot even cook their aglio olio well!! Very disappointed I expected much more from a restaurant in Furama! Utterly disappointed with the quality of food! More than 10 pax of us feels the same

Sashimi was in very thick slices, mussel and prawns are also pretty fresh. The staff were very helpful as well. Selection was a little limited. But decent enough. Everything was well topped up. The place is also very spacious.

We paid $190+ for dinner buffet for four adults at Tiffany cafe on a Saturday. Having been here pre-pandemic, I was dismayed to find that the food quality is now subpar. Choices were limited and food was average at best. The crabs used for chili crab was not fresh. It was definitely not worth the price and I will never bring my family back here again. Just the process of checking in our registration alone was a mess. There was an elderly lady manning the counter and she openly complained about how Quandoo reservations were giving her problems. If that is the case then perhaps Tiffany Cafe may want to remove the online Quandoo booking option on their website instead of wasting our time. The photos I uploaded showed how unkempt the tables were. There was not enough manpower to clean up the place and customers had to remove the plates from their tables on their own. Manpower looked very lean and although they did their best, it was clear to see that there was not enough workers to run the buffet. The hotel management should look into this since it affects its reputation. All in all, a very disappointing birthday dinner. Will not recommend it at all.

A halal buffet restaurant and the first one I visited ever since the pandemic. Food is good. Though it will be better if they expand the variety and include more items such as seafood. Anyway, their salmon sashimi slices was huge and thick. Definitely worth the price! The durian pengat is also excellent. Good for durian lovers! The other buffet items such as poached chicken, bee hoon goreng, beef rendang, fried chicken wings, desserts, pastries, lamb legs, laksa bee hoon all added up and I had a great time with my friends who went there. They have a coffee machine too. Tea is available for all. Lime juice is free flow too. We went for the 2nd sitting (2pm to 330pm). Had ample seats available for our group of 30 plus pax. Overall, great food, great company. Very welcoming atmosphere. Will come back here again in the future. Thank you!
