Great idea! The scenery should be superb!

They make sort of caravan type of house that you buy and lease back to them for 8% to 10% per annum with a buy back option in 3 or 5 yrs time. Have not done in depth research but if I am investing, i d put only 'play' money; that is, money that i wont cry over if totally gone similar to buying an expensive holidays or other such disposable goods or services (like a super duper drone). Risk aside, i just feel that at 8% to 10%, they are rewarding themselves too much for the potential upside while not really bearing much of the direct costs. If all go well, you get the 8% to 10% and capital back as 'promised' but they get to keep all of the upside, basically having borrowed without the financial scrutiny that the offering of a formal financial instrument, such as bonds, would require. So, even if the risk adjusted returns were attractive, it feels like being a bit of a sucker to invest/buy. And if things go wrong, you lose your capital as will all other similar investors. They lose a business and employment. Love their concept though but still puzzled why they are struggling to build scale.
