★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my grandma to this CC on the 19th of Dec to reset her singpass. The place was so inconvenient, especially for somebody who travels by public transport and situated in an area with many people of old age.
The staff was rude and did not even ask me about the issue I was facing. When I was telling her about the issue, she talked to her colleague without even RESPONDING to me?? She started clicking on her computer and completely ignored our presence. She was very disrespectful as she continued to talk to her colleague while assisting us. When we needed the otp for her verification, she said "she needs to take her phone out" in a very rude manner.
I am appalled by this incident. I hope they improve the customer service. Even if there are little visitors, I don't think anybody would like to have such an unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sufficient activities to keep the community engage. there is a learning center within the compound. I really enjoy the older building structure and glad is part of the heritage trail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet and clean!!! Clean toilets and vending machines near the court. The floor is nice and the nets seem like they are regularly maintained, though when I was there in December it was a little torn. Excellent food all around. Classic Singapore architecture and clean roads! Lovely!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oldest estate yet not much senior activities and basketball court is not sheltered . Visited other community centers nearby and can see the big difference , they hv cafe , senior centers , elderly gym etc … What happened to the ping pong games that greet us when we enter years back , so good to see young and old playing together ? Is time to better use the space for more family , elderly , community activities to draw people here .
