โ โ โ โ โ Extremely rude owner/ gave wrong sizes of pipe connectors and made a very red face when exchanging! BE WARE I'LL SAY.. screamed at me in front of others to "not come back" on my way out.. just because I went to exchange! My guess is their after sales will be horrible ;-)

โ โ โ โ โ Really nice place to buy taps. Sinks. Water heaters. Etc. really friendly boss and staff too. Iโve noted that they may have some bad reviews but from my experience there, it really makes me wonder if some of these reviewers are the nasty or unreasonable people who didnโt get what they want and used this review as revenge. Food for thought.
Didnโt give them 5 stars coz itโs almost near impossible to find a place to park there.

โ โ โ โ โ Sharon is very friendly and knowledgeable. She gives frank and useful advice. Jacqueline also nice person. The shop is very traditional type with limited decoration but price is competitive. I would recommend it for their good staff and competitive price.

โ โ โ โ โ Travelled down in a cab to visit this place with the intention of getting some kitchen and bathroom accessories. We reached there at 5pm which was about 30minutes before closing time 530pm as stated on Google Maps. However the staff there told us they were closing already and told us to come another day. Told them we took a cab all the way there to patronise their store. The staff again tried to shoo us away. We bargained with them just let us go in for 5 minutes since there were still customers inside and their shop front was still opened. They reluctantly let us in, but the staff kept watching us like a hawk and that made us felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Another lady staff reminded us AGAIN that they are closing soon. We were so disappointed with their attitude that we left their shop without buying anything, and went to make our purchases at another retail shop just 10 minutes walk away instead.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely rude owner/staff. Shooing off customers and cussing at them. Left the shop and went over to another hardware shop down the road where the prices are better and staff are much more friendly. Avoid this shop at all costs!
