★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked Tivi Solutions to suggest what's the TV mount bracket for my TV and was provided a great recommendation. Decided to purchase the bracket and the installation service from them as well. Setup was quick and also not messy as they ensure the concrete dust were dropped in a plastic bag during drilling. So kudos for this. Also they did multiple rounds of test to ensure smooth user experience by checking that its not too tight or too loose for the user. After everything, we tested it out and was pleasant by it. Would definitely recommend them.
One feedback: Nowadays many people are exploring remote control motorized systems, which can be controlled via an app. Do explore this as this is something that is starting to take off in US and Europe but not so much offering here in Singapore yet.

Communication is simple and clear and the installer is a very pleasant guy who consults you on the position and height and the drilling was not messy at all. I would strongly recommend those who is thinking of fixing the bracket to contact this company.

The installation was done very professionally with the installers consulting me on the desired position of the TV. During the installation, the installers made sure at each step to ensure that the mount and TV were properly installed (like measuring tilt using an inclinometer and checking for wires behind the wall).
That said, there were some minor hiccups when arranging for the installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and clean installation. Mine is concrete wall drill and they ensured that they collect the dust when drilling. Installation was quick and they were helpful in suggesting the position and height for the tv. Definitely recommend TIVI Solutions!
