★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a small old fashioned mall, with sundries shop, fashion stores, spa centers, and others including food stalls.
2nd floor is where you find the food court, bank outlets etc.
There is supermarket on the 1st and basement level.
A bit not easy to navigate around.
Overall, you still can find good bargains among these shops.

Overall would recommend staying in this area for the convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located within 2 mins walk from Toa Payoh mrt station is an alley of shop houses in between Blk 178 and 183. Here, you can find so many things. However, it is best to visit in the evening when our local weather is cooler.

TPY is matured estate, many old folks hang around here.
This place is like many stalls & foods , but when reached here I will feel like the things not “central” enough, direction quite messy, just my personal feeling.
