I called up to ask for assistance on the youth playing basketball near my blk in lor 5 at 12+ midnight. Every night I'm facing the same problem. I hope the town council or whoever is in charge would lock up the basketball area after 10.30 p.m cause they'll be playing till even up to 2 a.m. It's worse now cause it's school holiday. Sigh. Anyhow! The officers frm TPY NPC are very prompt, fast & efficient. Thank you! ???

A neighborhood police station located right beside the Toa Payoh CC and church. Located very close to blocks of HDBs as well giving residents a sense of security.

I called to report about a group of youngsters making a scene at toa payoh lor 2 at 0040. An hour passed and, nothing was done. Called again, only to receive a rude remark from another officer. I get that it's late at night but, please do your job properly.

I made a call to this police post and a visit in person to follow up on verification of documents and steps in the process in order to conclude a sale on a product listed in an online site. Officers P. Singh and Sgt Kelvin Ong helped me in the process so that I was able to understand the different levels of verification checks in the sales process. It was through their detailed explanation and patience that I was able to successfully check all areas and fill in the knowledge gaps, so that I was confident I was engaged in a proper sales process at all levels. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and their expertise, especially in these times where online scams, fake websites, fake sms messages and links, and even fake pdf documents are spreading all over Singapore. In return for your assistance, I will in my free time guide senior citizens in Toa Payoh how to use the roads safely while crossing, escort them while they cross roads, protect them at all junctions and crossings, and guide buses, taxis, lorries and all other vehicles to observe Singapore traffic rules, in order to minimise accidents, injuries and even death.
