★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send them money at 4pm but they never check my transaction.... Operation hours is 9am to 6pm....dont know what they are doing???? My family are stranded at the airport becos of them...... Better send to others remittance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service onboarding experience. I am a Singaporean business owner, who live in Bangkok, and want to send salaries to my Phllippinian employees. Their out-of-the-box system doesn't allow this setup, but i reached out to the CEO on linked in, who was extremely helpful on getting me going with his company.
I'm looking forward to enjoy the benefits of Toastme, that i haven't previously been able to.
Thanks again for taking time to onboard me even though my case is odd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services. 2days ago i send money until now is unconfirm . I go to 2times in lucky plaza to check why is unconfirm. But 2days close. I already made a police report. I also include that teller is very rude. They dont answer call and no response messages. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services about sending money! I send my money in the evening, i wait till morning they open 9am but till now its 11am already is still pending! This is 3rd time happened to me! If its not urgent i wont use this poor toast! I wont recommend this remittance center they had a poor services, no improvement ever since!
