Service is bad , been calling for the past 4 working days through their office hotline . On the first day , a consultant picked up the call and asked for my contact details , and afterwards , agreeing that someome will get back to me ASAP , so i waited for 2 working days , and up to no updates , i called over 2 days ago , the same consultant picked up the phone and i was enquiring again if there is any updates on any available agent to get back to me , she asked for my contact details and enquiries again and i gave it to her , and said she will get back to me soon , so i waited again , till today , there was still no updates , so i called over again today , another consultant picked up the phone , i've mentioned that i have been waiting for 4 working days just so i can discuss and enquire about their catologues and how their delivery system works , and i don't think it makes sense to wait out that long , so i asked if there is any ways i could have a direct contact with the agent , but she told me she dosen't know the whereabouts of the agent .
