★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called the customer service regarding about payment of my monthly instalment fall on 14 Dec.As told the customer service,my salary will be out on 18 Dec instead of 12 Dec,check whether have any penalty charge for late payment.Customer service officer told me there is no penalty charger.I can pay before 18 Dec.That great!Will continue to support Tokyo Century Leasing for thier understanding.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid if you can. The early redemption penalty is high and you never know if you will sell your car earlier.
Worst still, the attitiude of the stafF was very bad when I asked for a full settlement at the counter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a brief chat with their early redemption of loan customer service, they are not customer oriented and gave me the impression that they will take their own sweet time to process my redemption through the conversation. Even when they have PayNow, they insist a cashiers' order to make it difficult for customers. (If you need to do early redemption, please avoid this leasing, you will have a hard time just like me)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company very 'ngiau' when applying car loan. When making full settlement they ask for higher pay. I still have about 5 month to fnish my loan of $840 /m. Yet they asking for $6000.00 +++. No good for anybody who want to get the loan aspecially for cars since we wish to change to used car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staff is very unprofessional when it comes to handling finance issues. I just encountered one staff by the name of Jacqueline and she is suppose to follow up with me on the outcome of me being a guarantor, not a person who loan. It is when I call in then I know the outcome. When she is questioned on why she didnt follow up, her excuse is that she is waiting for other things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls do not get a car loan from them if you plan to sell your car early. The car loan redemption process is ridiculous. You need to wait for Giro deduction that month before you can redeem your loan. This is the first I have heard. The car dealer was having a difficult time himself and suggest never to take a car loan from them again! Should have read the reviews. So many negative reviews cannot be wrong.
