★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jurong point staff Tan Hui Bing is very rude . Change of money put on top of plastic bag instead of handling to customer. Wanted to buy pyjamas for child but decided to walk out instead after she keep folding the clothes in front of me while I am shopping and say remarks that are very rude .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I miss Tom & Stefanie! I used to buy from this shop (West Mall location) a lot when we were living in Singapore. I bought all baby stuff, toys, shoes, kids clothes there. Most of my husband's clothes I also bought there. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jurong point cashier very rude. Paid 2 items with a $50, can come and tell me say no small change and NO CHOICE if we don’t have smaller notes to pay for my items. Such a big shop with not enough small notes in your cashier?? I told her, how can doing this line got no small change for customers? What if we really got not enough small change?? She can reply me with:: NO CHOICE. She can’t do anything about it… this kind of attitude working in service line, no wonder this outlet got not much customers..!!!!

Its a great department store that sells everything from children's clothing, toys, strollers, mens & ladies formal attire, beach wear, jeans etc at affordable prices. Personally, I have bought formal attire, shirts, t shirts and bermudas here ...... highly recommended for its affordability and also that its situated right at the doorstep of bukit batok mrt ...

Great service by staff members. Price range I look at is from $30 to $60.
It is a lovely place to get gifts including beautiful party ware for girls to toys.
They do gift wrapping well.
I get discount on Member's card.

For ten bucks, you can get some small board games. They sell cute soft toys too. Lots of dinosaur related items for boys.
Prices are fairly competitive but it is no toysrus.
