β β β β β Cosy causal place for local residents. Everyone seems to know everybody here. Walked pass, cannot resist but stop for a bite. Generous Gravy given with chunks of potato, Indian prata is crispy. Non air conditioning environment, causal meal with sheltered outdoor movable and stackable seating. Those seats should be able to accommodate wheelchair and kids. Economical bee hoon is also nice.

β β β β β I have tried the Fried chicken biryani. Chicken is nice and tender, curry is great. But, the rice can be better.
My personal opinion, the rice somehow lack of flavour. Or maybe their rice is to be like this. Overall, worth queuing for it (Ard 30mins). Better to be early to prevent disappointment.

β β β β β Probably the best briyani in the west area..fluffy,well spiced basmati rice cooked to perfection served with a spoonful of acar and choice of mutton,chicken or fried chicken meat accompanied with a good, thick dhal gravy priced at $5.50 per plate.

β β β β β Flower crab pao fan was really good - generous serving of crabs/prawns. The soup was tasty and appetizing. Will probably eat again if I live in the neighborhood, otherwise the location is quite inconvenient (especially for people who stay central Sg).

β β β β β Ate the Flower Crab Pao Fan ($38) and the Ginseng Chicken Pao Fan ($35). The flavour of the soup was great, but the Pao Fan was nothing to rave about. It was essentially slightly fried rice put into soup. For how much crowds there are, and how quickly they run out of stock.... It is unlikely I will be back.

β β β β β Pao fan is good, worth the trip down to Teban Gardens. Had the ginseng chicken pao fan and it was full of flavor

β β β β β Always wanted to try this place and found a gem in the neighbourhood.
The curry fish head is of good size, fleshy and very yummy.
I am utterly impressed by the chai po beancurd which was crispy on the outside and silky soft on the inside, drizzled lavishly with a savoury light sauce with a sweetish aftertaste.
Will be back for more dishes.
