Lousy after sale customer service and questionable integrity. Got a flipdown in car monitor unit (on it's own, did not install) from them, and the unit had missing remote control and the screen was faulty when installed on my own. Went back and told them about it, the lady gave all sort of reasons to push the blame on me. Luckily the male boss we're around and agreed to check on the unit. Was told that they will call me one week later, but they never did. Called them up 2 weeks later and subsequently went down which they issued a new piece. While testing the new piece the remote control had issues and weren't working so well, the lady simply brush off and said "no need to use remote control, no use one, just press the button on the unit." This is the way they do business, you have been warned.

Disappointing experience. Lack business etiquette. At least the male boss tried to make things right but the female one was difficult to work with. Went there with my dad to find out about bodykit fittings for my car 2 weeks ago. Ordered a spoiler and an Incus bodykit set for hyundai avante which the lady said was made of ABS plastic and hence more durable . She said the bodykit would arrive within the week and she will call me on friday. I paid the 500 dollar deposit and looked forward to the next weekend. Friday comes, no phone call. I call them on Saturday and she said the bodykit itself already arrived so I went down to fit it. 1) Secondary colour on the bodykit was wrong from what we asked for. 2) poorly finished paint on parts of the bodykit which made it rough and non-glossy on a palm-sized patch on the skirt. 3) Glue drip stretching down one of the skirts (At least the male boss offered to help buff that out) 4) After we agreed to just try installing anyway, the bodykit bumper lip cracked at the side during installation. 5) The technician did not even highlight the crack to us. My dad happened to see it when he took a look at the corner after the technician screwed it in and went to another section. Voicing our complains, the Lady, initially ignored us and the conversation got heated. She blamed her suppliers, then blamed me and said we were being unreasonable asking why they did not check the parts when they arrived. Since the part was cracked, the male boss offered to reorder a new set and we would have to come down another day to fit it. Few days later, they contacted us to say the replacement can't be done and asked us to come collect our deposit (they took back the original receipt and issued a receipt for the refund without any signatures or company stamp. Name on the receipt is also different) Recommend going elsewhere.

This is a shop that has no business etiquette or integrity. I called the shop on 24 Aug 2020 and a lady picked up n quoted me the removal of car camera dual channel at $20. I repeated that twice after she confirmed twice on my car model n went down . Upon reaching the Shop, before 2 young male staff proceed , the male boss ( old uncle ) commented ‘ this is a car that required more effort “ hence $35 but I will give u a discount but u must pay ‘$30’. It was raining so heavily and I have sold off my car n the new buyer is collecting in a few hours time .. I simply paid n was really upset . Not being upset becos of $10 but why do such biz man exist ! Just becos u see that I’m a woman n u just wan another $10 for your lunch ?.... Next drama continue.... I was sitting there waiting n a product interest me as I’m getting another 2nd hand car the next day . This product is used to deodorise n get rid of bacteria . No price tag n so I asked . The boss replied “ it cost $35” but I can help u to activate n charge a minimal labour fee ... n so I respect that it’s a willing buyer n willing seller market . I kept quiet n googled this product on Shopee. It was $23! When he saw me doing that he immediately say “ ok I tell u wat ... $25 for all inclusive “... I Walk into this shop n BEWARE ..

Went the other day to fit bodykit for my car which i bought online. Phoned ahead n a lady answered. Nice n friendly. Reasonably priced. Workmanship is good. Boss very approachable. Ordered another part for my car from them. Overall very pleasant experience. No complaints from me.

Nice place to fix up your sound system. And spice up your car with lights and such. They have JBL, nakamichi car audio. Also carry quite a range of Sony in car entertainment system. They carry car dash cam from Blackvue, Hella and a few others. Can also do servicing here. Pay by cash, paynow or PayLah but for credit card, need to add 3%. Generally service is good, staff is friendly. Look for Peter. He has 30+ years of experience working on car. Give them a call before u drop by in case they get too busy.
