โ โ โ โ โ Very dissapointed with all the rice. Expiry in 2022 . And new packed all are infested with weevils. No exchange and the new crops 25kg doesnt seem like new crops as well. Texture different as compared to the 5kg packed.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought their Diamond G brown rice on S-mart via Shopee and it is infested with weevils. S-mart gave the not-their-problem attitude and told me the brand side will call me within 3 days. It has been more than 3 days and didn't receive any calls or whatsoever. No exchange or refunds offered from either side. Just want to warn anyone who wants to buy from them to be wary of such incidents. Maybe NEA should check their warehouse or Shopee's S-mart warehouse.

โ โ โ โ โ Regret buying Songhe rice. There are so many rice bugs in the 25kg rice which was bought from Qoo10 despite expiry date in Year 2023. I have lodged a complaint to their management and pending their follow up. If I donโt receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate to Singapore Food Agency, National Environment Agency (NEA) and the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA). We cannot condone such an irresponsible business who does not care about their consumers.

โ โ โ โ โ A disgrace of a company, expressing willingness to donate food only if their collaborator folds a certain number of paper cranes (more than 30k). Donating comes from the heart, and if youโre intentionally setting a lofty and unreasonable target for others to slog through, then might as well forget about it. Your intentions arenโt genuine, we donโt need more pretentious acting in society.

โ โ โ โ โ I feedback about songhe 10kg rice which was not so fresh. On the same day Ms Ally contacted me and arranged a replacement 10kg pack which was delivered the next morning. Appreciate your fast response and quick replacement.
