Contacted Top Pest Control via their website form and got a reply via text message within the hour. And that was at night, way past office hours as well. Shawn from Top Pest Control was very patient, answered my queries, gave me a very reasonable quote (much more affordable than 2 other more well marketed pest control companies I inquired with prior) and arranged for my place to be fogged for mozzie control the next day! Definitely recommended for service, a prime example of how service should be. I managed to get Joey immediately after making a call to two of the bigger names pest control that a certain Moneysmart article recommended to no avail. Scrolled through google reviews for other companies and lucked out on Top Pest Control. I was expecting a one day wait minimally but Joey had her manager come down within 1 hour. Shawn spent some time doing the treatment as required for my entire unit, (even for areas which I said was not affected) and advised on how to care for the treatment for the next couple of days. Hopefully the ants issue will be gone, or within a couple of follow-up visits if required. Communication was a breeze, work was professional and timely, charges are reasonable. Highly recommended! Update: Ants issue gone for good within one visit - of which I am forever grateful. I was cleaning up fresh ant trails every morning until I had nightmares. Bonus was that I also found dead roaches in the few weeks after the visit. If you are bugged by ant issues like me, best to seek out the professional - best money spent!
