Our tour guide was Linda Chan, who does a great job of keeping things organized and making sure everyone stays on time. She's got a unique sense of humor and that was helpful during the tour. I would recommend a tour with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked that this company picks you up and drops you off at your hotel. I feel the tour was a little expenssive and not well guided. Tourist's were sent off on their own which is great as you can explore at your own leisure however some background information on the areas visited may have been nice by our tour guide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our travel agency from London had arranged a pick up and drop off service from the airport as part of our honeymoon trip.
The pick up from the airport was timely and the service was good. However, the airport drop off service was pretty frustrating. Even though the driver called on the first day of our trip (at 9am) to confirm the pick up time, he never showed up, or contacted on the day of return. After 25 mins delays and several calls back and forth with the company, a Grab / Uber was arranged to make the transfer.
On our way to the airport, we were told that there was an issue with the car. Nevertheless, we were never notified about it, or had received any type of communication.
Unfortunately this had an impact on our plans for the day, as we were rushing to check in our bags and not miss the flight, rather than visit the Jewel as originally planned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had two short day tours - jalan besar and tekka market which are coupled with the staycation in one farrer hotel. Mr Anthony gave such excellent introductions about these places. He was able to explain many interesting historical narratives in these areas. Time to spend more energy to understand my own country. Thank you Mr Anthony!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled our Universal Studios Singapore tickets last minute in short notice with a "I dont give a whack" attitude email. All because they couldn't provide the tickets as the prices they promoted on the Get Your Guide site. So they would cancel on you last minute, didn't care if it would affect your group's activity. I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this Tour East Singapore agency and Get Your Guide in general.
Unprofessional and gimmicky.
