I have booked simply singapore combo group tour through Thomoscook . I foung tgem cheap un professional and rude. They failed to give promises accomdation and provide tour guude. They failed to pick us up from Airport . The hotel room was given 6 hours after reaching there. There was no place in the lobby to sit . All in all very horrible experiance. Worst nightmare ever one could imagine. They simply left vouchers at the reception . No one botherd to even explain itenary or answer to any if the calls.

It was pathetic, no cordination of the manager of the tour and driver, day one we arrived from the airport to our hotel late then too after requesting many times the driver said he will drop us at jurong bird park but he left without informing us and we were stranded for half an hour in the hotel lobby, then the next day we had our city tour and they demanded 50 Singapore dollars before starting the tour. In the evening we had night safari the driver dropped us at night safari couch bay and told us that u come back at the couch bay at 10:10. Luckily we finished our night safari and decided to wait at the couch bay early then our scheduled time the driver arrived exactly at 9:35 if we wouldn't have been there he would have said I waited for you and left and again we would have been fined for 50 dollars but luckily we were there on time Day 4 we were having universal Studios pick up and drop as my mother in law is 72 years old we requested them to come 1 hour late but they did not grant the request we had purposely booked private tour so that it should be convenient to us but they did not help in any way and the manager was very rude while talking on the phone he once banged the phone on my face while i was requesting him it was very rude. Day 4 night when we had told the manager that we are waiting in the hotel lobby of Tower 1 20 minutes before our pick up time but then too the manager did not inform the driver and the driver was in tower 3 waiting then i got the drivers number i called him up that why he is late he told me he was waiting in tower 3 of marina bay sands hotel so unnecessary 20 to 25 mins were wasted by the manager. Day 5 as we were leaving for departure i had confirmed with the manager 3 to 4 times as he had not issued our meal vouchers for day 5 lunch he said no you go directly to the hotel there we have done your lunch booking but when we went there and started to have our lunch the hotel manager came to us and said please don't have your lunch your lunch booking has not been confirmed by your tour company it was very embarrassing and insulting we said to him if you don't get the confirmation from the company we will pay for the food do not worry then he allowed us to have food and after 15 to 20 mins the manager gave the confirmation that he called the tour manager and then he told that yes we have booking for lunch ... worst experience with Tourland company Singapore

They have a tie up with sotc india. They have worst group of drivers especially Ashok. We landed on time in Singapore, but imigration authorities took time as it was crowded, this guy went off before picking us up. Leaft us at gods mercy to travel to hotel. We had 4 elders above 70 and 4 kids. Inspite of having booked customised tour we faced this. Guys please go through veena world or kesari or travel by public transport in Singapore, no sotc or tour land people. We kept on facing such issues throughout the travel. They ruined our trip.

The most inhospitable travel company ever seen. I am in Singapore and know its a big Travel company in Singapore.taken a package from this company through a Friend of mine in india. As i am a Domestic B2B Teavel Agent in India already, Know the in and outs of a travel agent .but i feel that this Company doesn't care of their guests as the Pkg.are already adv paid. First we arrive on Singapore Airport,the driver was not there for pickup as we got 1 hour late in immigration,and pickup was private,at the same time ,they had the group arrival and we were after the group in the line of immigration,and got late,so they were attending the group but not us as we had a private pickup.and we paid more than the group pickup.so we have taken a Taxi to Hotel and paid extra. Again in Santosa sight seeing,we gone through the driver advise the places to visit,and miss the Madam Tussad as they had last entry by 6 pm.and driver advise to go after visiting 03 places before that. And again for the pickup from Santosa we got 10 minutes late as there was a big group before us .and the driver gone, not even waited for us for 10 minutes more.then again we took a taxi to the hotel. As we also attend our guest in india as Being a domestic Travel Agent.we know the limits. But try to give our best to our guest always. I personally advice not to take any pkg from them as they are very rigid and its its not suitable to a travel agent as the guest who is coming to Singapore is not familiar with locations and their timing as the travel agent is.

Pathetic service. No value of time of the travellers. Made us wait for long hours on multiple occasions, because of a poorly planned itinerary by the agency. Firstly, we were a group of 9 people, having one check-in baggage and one cabin baggage each. After a 12 hr long night flight, we reach Singapore and to our extreme horror, the agency had sent across one 13 seater vehicle, which couldn't accommodate the entire luggage. We had to be terribly inconvenienced to somehow fit the luggage. Add to that, our flight landed at the scheduled time of 15:40 hours we came out of the airport at 16:40 hours, reached the hotel at 17:40 hrs. On reaching, we get to know that the agency had scheduled a 17:30 hrs pick up for us, without giving us any time to check in or rest in the hotel. We tried to reach out to Mr. Praveen, but he rudely denied. And this is not the first occasion during the trip that Mr Praveen and the agency was rude to us. Overall, a pathetic service, rude people, I definitely would not recommend anyone to take up their services.

Completely unprofessional service rendered. Very rude driver and mannerless.Not bothered senior functionaries after making complaint. Hopeless team.
