★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thomas is a very friendly guy and he explains everything in detail, including how to charge the battery, the difference between similarly-priced models, the terrain I’m using the vehicle on, the different types of capacity batteries and chargers (single/double-fast speed/high amp) and the various costs as I change the items around. He patiently and expertly calculated so I can make an informed decision. The vehicles are also displayed beautifully giving an excellent viewing experience. Short comparison info giving a few pros and cons of the different brands and models eg kind of tyre, fuel/battery was also explained. He also explains I can go back anytime to fix and repair parts as and when I need them, very reassuring! Even the difference between using ni and li type of batteries. A pleasant experience as I buy my first RC here!
