Your experience with the product is dependent on the reseller you get it from. I would advice you to get it during GSS at expo. Its much cheaper and the quality was fine with my purchase. I got my air cooler from them during GSS too. The fan is quite durable considering that i use it everyday. Its blades became loose and it became quite dusty so i sent it for repair since it is still under warranty. The transportation fee to and fro is quite affordable. However, the ridiculous part is that you won't know when they are free to pick up and drop off your product. This means that the transportation dates cannot be determined by you even though you are paying for the service. They will let you know the date and time that is convenient for their driver to pick up and drop off the product. So you always need to have someone at home as its quite last min. The customer service staff aren't very equipped as well. So, don't expect top quality customer service that you would receive from other bigger companies. And don't expect them to reply to your emails as well. Better to just call them.

My fan stopped working. Sent in for repair and was fixed within a week.

The place at Geylang is actually an office really. No decor as a show room. Some of the kitchen appliances are on display. However the "sales lady" was knowledgeable on the appliances and was helpful. Next door is a small lighting shop which belongs to the same owner. Typical old school lighting shop.

My pioneer gen mum dunno how to redeem my qoo10 purchase. Francis was so kind to help her and even assisted her to find a fan with remote which was marked as sold out online. Furthermore, she forgot to give the voucher code, which he managed to contact and get from me (sorry for the inconvenience). All in all, a well run shop with professional team (from all the other reviews). Thank you Francis!

Some really useful and economically priced electrical items of domestic use. It has a wide variety of domestic use products like fans, rice cookers etc.

Spent $58 for a piece of weird bread toaster. I had to send it back for repair after 6 months of using it. Toaster lever malfunction, lever was unable to stay down meaning it was unable to toast at all. After repaired, I realized that heat level numberings were gone (pls see pic)! What kind of repair services caused more harm to a product?! Also I was told to not press the lever on the allocated part provided, I have press down closer to the gate of the lever ??‍♀️
