β β β β β Very bad attitude and service! Called to ask if they collect armored cable. Said yes. We paid for the trailer to deliver. When reached, they rejected the item and refused to unload and hung up on us. Called again and they rejected our call. It is super unprofessional.

β β β β β Rude Manager. There is this person I think who is a manager in Toyotron who was very rude and disrespectful to me. He made fun of me while talking to me and besides that when I wanted to say my poiny he kept interrupting me not allowing me to say my point. He said his point and jus walk off like he is more superior than me...poor communication skills!! Never deal with Toyotron :/

Plus i overheard from other rail fans said their scrapyard owner is not so friendly compare to other scrapyard company. ???????

β β β β β Shouting at public as if we owe them a living. Just observing the trains bound for the scrapyard on a public pavement. Hope their customer service isnβt as bad as this, but based on otherβs reviews, itβs very questionableβ¦

β β β β β Taking photos outside the premises quietly and watching a spectacular sight of the trains taking it's last journey before scrap can get you shouted at with gangster-like behaviour.
The staff also try their best to ensure that your view is blocked by arranging a truck to block the entrance to their premises so you cannot take photos zoomed in.
