Convenient location (near the supermarket). The uncle is helpful and has been operating this store for decades. There are 3 computer stations for you to access your files for printing. Photocopy and passport photo-taking services are available too. Update: There are charges for using their internet, so need to bring your own thumb drive. It’s best you use a spare thumbdrive, cos some of our old ones spoiled after plugging into their computer many years back?? And make sure you double check the prices with the staff before proceeding. Best if you get them to help you with the printing settings to avoid printing in the wrong format...

Reasonable price for doing passport photo. The process was fast.

Been supporting this shop for a long time (supporting small businesses). However, they did a botched job with my degree cert, and laminated it with that big Piece of dust stuck in between. I did inform the aunty that there could be dust on the document, but she did not bother to check or remove it. And I am left with this botched job of a laminated document, to my shock and disappointment. I asked the uncle (boss) if he could delaminate then relaminate the document, but he said no. “It’s a small one, cannot see” they said when I insisted. I’m sorry but people who Laminate documents are usually those who are extremely particular when it comes to filing stuff and issues like this, and I doubt that I will ever be able to Unsee that piece of dust on my cert - first world problems, some might say Lol. Nonetheless, Truly disappointing service. I shall look for other shops next time round for such similar services. And also not equate time of shop service existence to quality of service. Zero stars for Meticulous work. Zero stars for brushing the issue off like as if it was my fault for using their services. Lol ? .
