The oyster is fresh and the mee sua is not so heavy which is to my liking. The fried chicken cutlet is also worth a try. Recommended!

I had the Mee Sua with Chicken Cutlet. It's a flavourful and filling meal at a very good price. The chicken cutlet was crispy with a generous serving of chili powder. The Mee Sua gravy was thick but surprisingly light in taste. Mushrooms were firm, yet tender and not bouncy.

Quite a few mee sua choices here...whack the Orh ah mee sua and was pretty impressed... the oysters were fat n juicy n very fresh, i couldn't handle those that has a strong smell, but these were great; the soup is more towards local flavour with added black fugus & shimeji mushroom, and not as viscous as the taiwan type; adding your own preference of vinegar, parsley, garlic minced and chilli oil ( seems like hk style)...awesome? will be back to try the chicken cutlet mee sua again!

The oyster mee sua is nice and thick with generous serving of plump oysters. Chilli is good too.

Savoury traditional oyster mee sua with a tinge of authentic Taiwanese taste and goes well with the home-made sauces recommended by the Chef. $5 price per bowl for 5 plumb oysters could be price deterrent for some... ! This Traditional Oyster Mee Sua stall 01-29 us located in 84 Marine Parade Central Market and Food Centre, next to the Parkway Parade Shopping Mall. Verdict: ???? definitely must try

Definitely try this out if you are craving mee sua, the oysters are really fresh and juicy, it's lighter than Shilin mee sua, and more "refreshing". Of course you can add all the extra condiments like garlic, chilli, vinegar to have that extra kick, but it feels healthy and flavourful. Would try the chicken cutlet set next time!

Not as "traditional" as it claimed, would prefer the Shi Lin one. Oysters comes "not clean", maybe to have that "traditional taste" it must comes with "some shell / sands" in it to make it "feel fresh" n yes it taste juicy n fresh but a big bowl at $5 n comes with four oysters n every one of them with a little bit of "shell/ sands", it make the eating experience a little"hard"...

The chicken cutlet that came with the mee sua combo is really worth it and very well executed, in my opinion. The photo does not do the food justice, only because I had no expectations but was bowled over after the first taste and suddenly, 1/4 of the food is gone. The owner is friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended.
