★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have gave minus if I could, their taxi driver is a robber, wouldn't give me receipt nor my change just because my friend helped me to pay, this guys is like 60 years old but have no shame and no respect to himself. His cab number is SHC 5468R and he belongs to this company.

I recently went to Sentosa with my wife and son in the morning. We went home then came back. On the second trip back we got the transcab SHC 5994m and the surcharge was $8 not the usual $3. Both times I went to the cab stand and I confirmed from the next cab driver (who also said they weren't under the government like them and we're a bit shady) it was supposed to be $3 from Sentosa. When I confronted the driver about it he said it was right and due to the location. He said he didn't control the surcharge. Oddly he said he didn't take a credit card and I wasn't given a receipt....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy should not be a driver due to his aggressive driving habit and attitude even with young children in his car.
Extremely rude and the cleanliness of his reflect his character.
A short drive from Carlton Hotel to Jacob Balla Botanic garden felt unsafe to say the least.
If anyone is taking notes, kindly investigate.
