★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a nice place to hang out. Probably needs more seats / table. Can be warm at times. Tables are usually dirty...as a lot of people eat (improperly?) there.. spilling over what looks to be coffee and/or ice cream.. (signals to hokkaido ice cream stall next door)
