I found this company through a MOFA Korea spreadsheet, I needed help with a Korea visa. At first glance, the office appears to be untrustworthy since it looks like a room filled with documents. It struck me as strange that the staff greeted me, "How do you find us?". The staff was such a chatter, she proceeded to ask lots of personal questions in an common space like what do I do for a living, how old am I, what's my income, which I find uncomfortable and not necessary because I have already given her all the documentation she required. She wanted to sell you the tour package, so remain firm and do not get involved unnecessarily. In the end, I was told to pay $180, which surprised me. Please contact all the travel agencies on the spreadsheet provided by MOFA Korea and check the price (some are as low as $100). I would expect the documents to be professionally vetted for $180 for a visa application. A week after I submitted them, the staff called and asked me to resubmit a document via carrier (cost me another $30) on the same day because my signature was not legible (it was signed digitally), which she could have told me on the spot. She tried to upsell me her tour package again on my second visit, knowing I had already confirmed my flight information and accommodations in order to apply for this visa. She then described how she was able to make my visa application process go smoothly by having a direct relationship with the embassy. Do your research before hiring this agent.
