First package tour with Travel Connect, both of us went to the Balkans on 10 to 19th December 2019. Had a beautiful experience. Smooth admin processes and had a nice time with our group members. Our guide Natasha was amazing, connected us even before the tour. She was energetic and we had lots of fun in the bus playing games and riddles. She got to know everyone very well and the team worked together in loading and unloading our luggage. Thanks Tasha for the synergy and great bonding. Looking forward to another trip with TC. TravelConnect was introduced by my niece for this travel to Turkey from 2/11 - 11/11/18. The journey is full of experience. With good & fully equiped knowledge of Turkey history our Tourist Guide Mehmet and with good connect character the only one our tour leader Sarifah Azar. Shah, is very open with all of the jemaah very helpful and kind enough to see our needs during our trip to Turkey region. Not to forget our good & patient driver Mr Adil. Hi, journey to Turkey has been a wonderful and pleasant with good Turkish airlines, good tourguide Seri and Jay and good bus driver. It brings you back to historical ancient time. The only issue is about some hotel is not clean to be stay. I recommended tourist to visit Turkey. It is awesome.

Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. A massive shout out to #travelconnect for making our very first Umrah from 28th Jan to 7th Feb such a smooth an enjoyable experience. Right from the pre-trip briefing all the way till even after we had returned, the pre & post care and attention to details was AMAZING. During the trip, we even got to enjoy the speed train from Medinah to Mecca which was a 1st for pilgrims from Singapore. The 2-3 hours saved by the train ride instead of the bus journey meant more time for the important stuff. Must say Kuddos to my bettter half for making the right choice. Also, we were super blessed to have Ustaz Yassin and Rosli who were guiding us every step of the way, which helped to ease our concerns and anxiety, especially being 1st timers. Their dedication towards making every member of the group be comfortable and at ease to fulfil the pilgrimage was both heartwarming and inspiring. We have seen folks who do a good job because they were trained well… and we see folks doing a GREAT job because they are truly passionate in what they do and every act is out of their intrinsic sincerity.
