Have been renting from tribe and drove different types of cars and van. Pleasant experience with the booking system, the variety of cars and location nearby my place of stay is a plus point. Have rent and will continue to use tribecar compared to other competitors. Keep up the good work tribecar and team.

The app itself bagy with weird UX but usable. However, the actual car sharing service is subpar. I am not going to use their services again until they improve. Good : - quite big fleet, if I am not mistaken second largest fleet in Singapore. - cars are clean and well maintained - esso and shell are available for custom refuel. Bad: - wallet system. In a contrast to other car sharing services they use wallet that needs to be topped up instead of charging your card directly. This is very annoying as there no custom amount to top up the wallet below $200 - each wallet top up charged $2 processing fee - the process of starting booking and ending bonking can easily take 5-10 minutes with all the picture taking and uploading pictures. Sometimes it doesn't work for first time - no grace period for late returns, I had to refuel car and returned it officially 4 minutes late ( took me 7 minutes to complete the end booking checklist) and charged 10 dollars - only one hour multiplies for booking ( while competition has 30 and 15 minutes booking slots) - deposit that is not fully refunded if you didn't do any bookings with them. They pretty clear with it so people know what they're signing up for but it is still annoying. Overall the service is passable if you don't have any other options. Plenty of cars, if you OK with one hour slots for booking, but the wallet system and cumbersome start / end booking process very annoying. Personally, I have enough options for 2 other car sharing companies around my neighbourhood so I don't see why would I use Tribecar until and if they address all the challenges I mentioned. If you have an alternative I'd recommend to use other car sharing services.

Have been using Tribecar for the past year and it has been so convenient to run errands quickly whilst also driving different types of cars. When I ran into some issues, they got the issue fixed for me quickly. Couldn't be happier with the service that they provide.

Great way of renting a Vehicle of our Choice and Many Vehicles to choose from our area of Residence. Been renting here past years. Good Vehicles to drive. Sales team is good on replies too within their working hours. Surely reccomend newbies to be part of Tribecar.

I started using Tribecar in Dec 2021 and I find it to be really useful. Booking is a breeze; you can choose and mix between different car models and location near you. Booking cost is transparent and reasonable. And the cars are well maintained. Kudos!!

Been using tribecar for around a year. very convenient for people like me without owning a car. But there is a problem here, can tribe car add more car in my area as my area car very frequently been use. Always need to book a few days B4 hand.

Been an active user of Tribecar since the very first day of getting my licence. Previously as a new driver, there was an extra service charge but lately that was being opted out because I’ve reached my 2 years driving experience mark. With such car sharing services… the reality is that sometimes there’re downs such as inconsiderate hirers who leave petrol almost empty and dirty vehicles however there’re also more pros such as wide variety of vehicles for any occasion. I’ve personally found certain vehicles around my area that are really superb and have always taken care of them like sending for vacuum & cleaning services or adding air fresheners, even topping up extra petrol! Overall, Tribecar is one of the car sharing services that I’ve trusted & will trust moving forward…

I started using TribeCar 2 years ago. Its very useful for me to bring my family out and about. Its very easy to book, I really appreciate all the convenience. I seek all user to be very professional on using and maintaining good habit by ensuring the car is clean for everyone to use. Help each other out. Thank you!
