Trident Law Corporation, a firm deeply etched in my mind for having a team of dedicated professionals led by an indefatigable Mt Thiru. In the course of my complex legal suit, they have shown to be awesome lawyers – knowledgeable, boundless energy, kind, friendly to a fault and much more. As a 57 year old businessman I had engaged lawyers both for business and personal matters but I must say none come close to Trident Laws’. Very often, when seeking consultation with the lawyer, I have to make countless telephone calls to various levels in the hierarchy before I got to successfully speak with the lawyer. Even then this is not guaranteed. On the contrary, at TLC, Mr. Thiru initiated a chat group such that when he is not available to answer queries or attend to an issue, someone from his team will step in. Notwithstanding his busy schedule, Mr. Thiru never failed to text and enquire if further assistance needed, at ghostly hours. Indeed this is what I call impeccable service – a standard others may not be able to emulate. This service obviously demands immense commitment, dedication and passion from the members. I seldom do a public review of anything but I would like to formally thank Mr Thangvelu and Ms Tanaya for their for the dedication, tenacity and commitment in defending my case. We won the case, of course. But this THANK YOU note would have been written regardless of the outcome. They have done their best. I can tell when someone puts his heart and soul into something; Mr Velu firing on all cylinders in the court and Tanaya tirelessly communicating with me after office hours to get the facts right. The process to find and select a lawyer can be somehow grueling and mentally tiring. In my experience, I'd met salesmen, Mr Know-It-All and worse, Mr Plead Guilty who was happy to earn the admin fee to 'help' get a lighter sentence. I’m glad that I made the right choice to engage Trident Law lawyers as my legal counsels.
