Overall quite forthcoming in information and assistance provided to reach a mutually acceptable deal. Not overly pushy or making of false promises. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was delivered 2 weeks late. Drove for 1 week, realised the gearbox was faulty. Brought to their affiliated mechanic and spent $500 there changing ATF and diagnostics only to tell me its classified under wear and tear hence, warranty cannot be claimed. Went to CASE as well, still dealer refused to honor gearbox warranty. Brought to my own mechanic and spent about $2000 from my own pocket as the car was driven by elderly folks as well and it was deemed not safe on the roads. Just an honest feedback for improvement.

Went down twice to view car and test drive, served by Jason. Jason was really patient and not pushy. In the end didn’t buy cause family prefer other model.
Was offered highest trade in as compared to other 10 dealers. Car price was one of most competitive as well.
Will consider trillium for next deal. Highly recommend
