Charged me substantially above market rate for iPhone X screen repair, which I was initially happy to pay because I thought I was getting quality service. Phone screen became loose after just 3 day's of use without any incident on my end, went back for repair and the staff were very reluctant to engage in a repair on my end, questioned me on how it happened. Nonetheless, they fixed it for me in the end. 3 weeks later, dropped my phone from sitting-down height unto house marble floor, and the left side got damaged. Went back for repair because it was still under warranty, only to be told that repair would cost another 200 because it was from accident. I understand the need for such policy, but in my opinion, the quality of phone screen provided should be hefty enough to be able to take a 50cm fall unto a flat surface. It's either the screen quality that they have provided me with is so disdainful that any slight incident of ordinary life would see it ruined, or that I was just very unfortunate for that particular fall to have hit the wrong angle on my phone and blacked something out. Should it be the former, I would be left disappointed because I paid a substantial premium over market price, only to be left with an inferior product. Neither did I get any quality service, the staff there were always skeptical and untrusting. An incident would be in the initial repair phase; the staff pursued me relentlessly on whether I had brought my phone to other repair stores (because the inside screw was loose). Yet, having gone to this store as my first port of call, I was both confused and unsure of why my bona fide intentions were getting questioned. I will not be returning to this store for any future repairs, and recommend that all future buyers consider seeking better value options elsewhere.

Got my MacBook air’s circuit board and battery replaced early this year with TRIT and it is still working very well. I was quoted $500+ but in the end paid about $490, looks like they minus unnecessary component that was quoted. Highly recommended if your apple products aren’t under AppleCare anymore.

I always use TRIT computer service .Good quality shop. I had my gmail problem in my Macpro. Malcolm was attending to me. He was responsive and professional. There was no charge as there was'nt any repair.

Very good first experience! Texted in to check for availability of parts, Malcom replied to say no stock but will let me know when it arrived - and he really did! Headed down today after making an appointment. Malcom was very clear in what needed to be done, and even spotted that my battery had swelled! (Yes more cost to me, sadly! But it had to be done for safety) Despite handling the shop alone - doing repairs & tending to walk in customers, Malcom still managed to complete my repair within the stated time! And he was very polite to all customers that walked in for questions. The amount of traffic to this shop shows their professionalism and quality of work! Will definitely be back if I need any mac repairs (hope not though)!

I visited the YCK store to fix an issue regarding my laptop's swelling battery. The total cost was $325 to replace a Razer Blade 15" Adv Battery. I went on a Thursday afternoon, queue was fairly short. The service staff (sadly I did not catch his name) carried himself professionally and did a fantastic job in verifying the main issue and other potential issues with my laptop. Within 3 days, I had received a call that my battery had arrived. I visited the store on a Sunday late afternoon to get my battery replaced. The queue was fairly short as well. Unfortunately, the service staff on that day was not the same one I had on Thursday. This peculiar one who was replacing my battery was rather careless. He forgot to install the 2 remaining screws to the base of my laptop. On a side note, he was more willing and happier to explain and replace parts for the other customers present on that day so should you visit the store he could potentially fancy you more to give more thought to servicing your IT equipment. Here's my overall rating: Cost/Value - 3/5; $325 for replacing a laptop battery seemed rather steep given that the battery can be ordered for a fairly lower price online. But given that it was a gaming laptop and the battery did arrive promptly within 3days, it is an okay value for me to pay that premium Service - 5/5 for the staff who initially diagnosed my computer. 2/5 for the staff who actually had to replace my battery. Speed - 4/5 Fast replacement for a fairly uncommon laptop battery. Overall - 4/5; service can be great depending on who you get on the day of your visit.

I am truly appreciate the work done by the team. The team managed to recover the missing data from my hard disk that helped me to secure all the documents that I have been working for years.
