★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their delivery man is responsive and polite but their admin stuff ( the one who took order ) is extremely rude and unprofessional. Never in my life I had to shout in the phone and I found myself doing that the 1st time in my life. My family have been their customer for many years but to this day I’m sad to say I had to urge my mom to get our supply from other company than to face a rude lady and unapologetic woman who no has no sense of empathy for elderly. I think they should reflect on their customer service if they like to go further with the business in today’s time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of their deception. They do not advise customers to retain the receipt when gas cylinders are ordered but they insist on having those receipts when seeking a refund for the deposit paid. The existence of these receipts can be tricky when you talk of having to keep them for years. Don’t they have records? Their business must be so poor to have to resort to such tactics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their delivery man is not honest, told me that there is only need 20dollar to change the gas pipe since the whole part has been expired and might causing gas leaking,after that he tell me the actual expired thing is that connection head part which cost 60dollar and plus on the pipe 20 dollar but the part which might causing leaking is that head and not the pipe, the pipe is under a good condition. Thks for teaching me this lesson?fcking fraud
