This workshop is a specialist for BMW repair. I recently sent my 5 series for them to fix my engine no power fault. They did an excellent job for my car!

Knowing this workshop through friend. Went several workshops to sovle mỹ sqeaking noise ơn and off for BMW 3series bút nobody cần tackle mỹ issue until thís workshop took 2 đâys to settle thế problem. kowtow to the friendly and patient mechanics. Excellent service and wonderful experience.

They actually off-work at 8pm when I arrived. But they still serve me despite off-work akready. The mechanic is friendly. Give me bottle drinks and didnt charge high price for my malfunction brake light.

Tropical success auto care indeed hv an expertise ....William chief mechanic (workshop Manager in charge). I have sent in my E250 for the servicing (120k km) n also to rectify the cause of the illumination of the check engine light & also rough engine start up. Upon William assessment n diagnostic, he has identified & recommended the cam adjustment gear change. He has provided with detail of the cause of the fault n also have given a good understanding of the fix to be carried out and also what are the parts that need to be changed. He too have provided a very good reasonable quotation n a fast turn around servicing duration. Another area of commendation is the good after service provided whereby the car is well washed n tested by the senior mechanic prior to handing over the car to customer. William leadership and the courteous in handling customer call is well commended and deserved a good rating. I will put up strong recommendation to those car owners that have any car problem to seek William advise and service support at Tropical success auto care workshop. Yesterday went down to top up aircon gas. Was quoted $35, abit more expensive than other shops charging $20-$30. I told them I was rushing for time and asked to top up aircon gas for $35 as quoted. However the boss and mechanic kept pushing me to check compressor etc even though I kept saying that I only wanted aircon gas top up. Very unprofessional. In the end left without doing any top up and wasted half hour waiting for nothing.

Henry and his team of dedicated and kind heart saved a kitten that was stuck in my car dashboard. I saved the kitten the day before and the kitten was no where to be found until the next morning it was meowing. I had to drive to the workshop 1st thing in the morning and his team were ready to pull the kitten out safely. The noble and kind hearted Henry did not want to charge a single cent for the work his team did. Tropical Success Auto Care is worth more than 5 STARS!! Thank you Henry.

Used to have my BMW diligently serviced and cared by PML . Until after 5 year. Recent complain of noise in car ended up with several parts replaced by PML work shop and still cannot solve the problem, giving different reason and parts and quote excessively high price for parts purportedly worn off or faulty.Decided to come to Tropical after friend’s recommendation. Faults diagnosed different from PML, and it turned out correct and cost a fraction of what PML quoted. Tropical also picked up a few parts that need to be replaced which PML , despite a full diagnostic inspection, could not identify. Am happy with Tropical of their professionalism, honest and transparent. Would definitely recommend Tropical .

Sent my W124 for a full servicing - engine oil, power steering oil, coolant, brake fluid, automatic transmission fluid were all changed and filters were replaced. Job was completed in 2 working days. Work is very thorough and mechanics have a good eye for detail and picked up other things that was coming close to it's wear limits, which was promptly communicated to me. Couple of things that were in good condition, they told me to keep, which reduced my cost. Speed and effectiveness is top notch here with good work ethics. Highly recommended.
