★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our company used Truelog to import chilled products into Singapore as trade samples. The shipping was done via air freight at great expense. Truelog was supposed to handle the receiving and storage, but stored the product at the incorrect temperature, causing it to get destroyed. They did not care and demanded full payment, even filing a court case against us. I highly recommend avoiding this company.
